Daniel E. Cohen

Daniel E. Cohen is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Appellate Advocacy and Corporate & Business Law practices.

Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Daniel served as a law clerk for Judge Mary F. Thurber and Judge David V. Nasta of the Bergen County Superior Court in New Jersey.

Daniel earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University Law School, and his B.S. from Cornell University.

During law school, Daniel served as a Legal Intern at Formlabs Inc. and served as a Student Clinician at BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic.  He also served as Editor in Chief of the Journal of Science and Technology and received the Jeffrey R. Lowe Memorial Award.
